Peter R. Salmon, President & Chief Executive Officer, brings nearly 30 years of experience in the home inspection industry to his leadership role with the Home-Alyze® home inspection franchising system. To date, Peter has performed several thousand pre-purchase home inspections. This, combined with his business education, previous experience as a designer and builder on a wide variety of projects, has provided Peter and Home-Alyze® with a proven inspection system addressing all facets of housing construction. In 1993, Peter received the CAHPI Award of Merit for his contributions to the home inspection industry in Canada. He was founding president of the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (now CAHPI) in the Prairie Provinces and founding co-chair of the National CAHPI. As the demand for quality home inspection increases, Peter's commitment to performance and customer service sets this company apart from others. In addition to Home-Alyze®, Mr. Salmon is committed to the community, donating time and expertise as a board member with Habitat for Humanity and The Calgary Community Land Trust, both charities dedicated to helping lower income families realize home ownership. |

Kevin Franco, of Francomedia.com, provides Home-Alyze® with a constant stream of exciting and unique ideas. Kevin has nearly 20 years experience in the advertising and marketing industry. His clients have included numerous corporate and franchise operations throughout Canada. For 10 years, Kevin has helped develop the 'look and feel' of Home-Alyze as well as developed many new marketing initiatives. Kevin is truly a team player and a very important member of the Home-Alyze® team. Kevin is Chairperson of the Home-Alyze® National Advertising Advisory Council (NAAC). Members of this council help to decide on marketing and advertising plans for the entire franchise network (members of the NAAC are made up of franchisees from across Canada). |

Clyde R. Johnson, Trainer & Technical Manager, is responsible for the initial and on-going inspection training of franchisees. Clydes background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Bringham Young University majoring in Building Construction Technology & Inspection Services. He continues to stay current with the industry by attending seminars, taking courses and participating in training sessions. As a certified member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors and as a Loss Control Consultant, Clyde strives to remain active in the various processes that directly affect the home inspection industry. Clydes front-line inspection and training experience gives Home-Alyze® a unique advantage in producing knowledgeable inspectors who provide outstanding service. |

In Tracy’s 13 years at Home-Alyze she has carefully perfected her skills on the frontlines and knows the importance of “first contact” with regard to the ongoing success of a home inspection business. |

Andrew R. Robertson, Corporate Solicitor, received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ottawa and is a partner in the international law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP. Andy practices with their civil litigation group in the areas of real estate, employment law, and other business matters. He has worked with Home-Alyze® for over 20 years and is very familiar with the home inspection industry, keeping the team up-to-date with precedents, resulting changes in litigation factors and contract terminology. Andrew's experience as a Presenter, Instructor and Lecturer make his abilities to provide support and instruction on legal matters very valuable to the Home-Alyze® operation. |

James F. Maxwell, Corporate Solicitor, works with Andy Robertson. Jim conducts a general litigation practice which includes employment, insurance, corporate, environmental and oil and gas matters. Jim has appeared before Assessment Review Boards, Municipal Government Boards, Workers' Compensation Board, Energy and Utilities Board, Provincial Court of Alberta, and Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. Jim joined Macleod Dixon LLP in 1997. Prior to pursuing his laws degree, Jim worked in the field of range management. |

Lorne E. Henrickson, Tax and Accounting Consultant, is with Mckay.ca LLP Chartered Accountants, a full service firm whose specialties include personal and corporate taxation, tax planning, litigation support, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. During Lorne's 35-year career, he has worked with Home-Alyze® since 1994 and in that time has had a solid and important impact on the administration of the operation, its accounting procedures and financial management.
